Local delivery may also be available on occasion to Brevard Co., Orange Co., and Seminole Co. FL. Please not that for international shipments, delivery times may take awhile. We are very concerned about facilitating your ability to track your package. We hand-deliver packages to the shippers to ensure they are scanned into their system. We will send you tracking numbers for your shipments. Keep in mind for the USPS shipping option, the United States Postal Service transfers delivery to the destination country once it leaves the US. The destination country may not apply the tracking number through their system, so your package may not be trackable once it leaves the United States. If you select USPS and your order hasn’t arrived within the Delivery Time Frame (detailed below) PLEASE contact us. We will help you attempt to locate your package. We are not responsible for import duties; please check your local regulations to find out what import duties may be in your country.
Delivery time frame:
- USA delivery: Most of our customers choose USPS Priority shipping. The delivery time within the US is usually 2-4 days after shipment. We personally take each shipment to the USPS counter and get them hand-scanned, and each order will have a tracking number entered. When you log into your account, you will be able to see if a tracking number has been generated. From there you will be able to follow the package as it is scanned and travels through the system to you.
For those who prefer UPS for package shipments, here is a map of UPS ground shipment timeframes. We ship from zip code 32750.
- International delivery: These are the delivery timeframes we’ve observed for USPS shipping. Canada – 2-3 weeks, Europe – 3-4 weeks, Africa/Australia/Asia – 6-8 weeks. UPS delivery timeframes can be estimate from their website.
Backorders: We make every effort to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we don’t allow backorders except on a few items which we manufacture ourselves, or by prior arrangement. If your item is backordered, after 30 days if it still isn’t shipped to you, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. We will only backorder items longer than 30 days by special arrangement.
Returns: We accept returns on unused items up to 60 days after purchase. Purchase price plus applied taxes will be refunded, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. If your item is used, damaged, or otherwise not as it was when you purchased it, return authorization is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy: We don’t store credit card or other payment information on our website. We don’t sell your contact information to third parties. We may contact you if we have a product or sale you might be interested in, but if you request no contact we won’t. As part of the social aspect of a group buy, the handles/names of the people involved, and the items they are ordering may be visible to the parties involved as well as others. If you prefer your information to be kept private, please contact us and we will make every effort to keep your information private.
